• LabFlow ↗ - runs construction-materials testing labs from field sample to approved, QR-verified report and invoice. Multi-tenant and offline-first, with 13 EN/ASTM/ISO test methods and reports in 4 languages.
• TagNMatch ↗ - turns product QR codes into verified product pages for food, cosmetics, and electronics brands, with scan analytics and an AI assistant.
• Pema Pulse ↗ - uses AI to turn anonymous employee feedback into clear signals on trust, workload, motivation, and retention risk, without exposing individuals.
• FunSnapz - lets event guests share photos, video, and audio from one link - no app or account needed - with resumable direct-to-storage uploads.

One of the largest and fastest-growing omnichannel business process and technology outsourcing (BPTO) companies. I joined as a full-stack developer and within two years was promoted to Software Development Manager, leading all of engineering - hiring, architecture, delivery, and infrastructure - while staying hands-on in the code.

• Built the company-wide HR and workforce platform - hiring, time tracking, leave, payroll, and mentorship in one system - replacing a patchwork of tools and manual steps.
• Led the team behind Asendio LXP, SPEEEX's ed-tech spin-off, and built its core myself: AI-generated learning content, behavior analytics, and personalized learning paths.
• Set the architecture across the company's SaaS and internal products, and delivered a headless CMS that runs all company websites from one place.
• Built our engineering platform from scratch: CI/CD with GitHub Actions, centralized logging, monitoring and alerting, and security controls.
• Hired and mentored the engineering team as it grew into a full department, and introduced the code review, documentation, and release practices that kept our quality steady.

A remote contract I took on alongside SPEEEX, for a Belgian construction-tech startup that connects contractors, concrete and asphalt plants, and transport companies from order to delivery.

• Owned the frontend architecture of their B2B ordering and logistics platform in React and TypeScript, and contributed to the backend APIs.
• Shipped authentication, permissions, dashboards, and analytics for order and delivery workflows.
• Restructured the app around modern component patterns, making it faster and easier to extend.

• Built custom web apps and automation tools for international clients, including a patient-management system.
• Worked directly with each client, from scoping through delivery and ongoing improvements.

• Built EduSpark, an interactive learning platform for children, and rebuilt the company website as a responsive frontend.
• Learned the delivery fundamentals I still rely on, working alongside designers and senior engineers.
